I recently joined the team in January 2025 and have loved being part of such a supportive, fast-paced environment. As the administrative coordinator, I help keep things running smoothly—managing emails, answering phone calls, and bringing organization to the day-to-day flow.

I’m also a proud mom/bonus mom to three wonderful girls who fill life with energy, love, and laughter. Motherhood has taught me to multitask with grace and stay grounded, even on the busiest days.

Originally from beautiful British Columbia, I’m happiest when I’m outdoors—hiking, biking, or simply enjoying a sunny day. In my spare time I also teach group fitness classes which brings so much light to my life, helping others feel strong and confident.
